Second: Proceed to carry out the company analysis
during the analysis, the company procedures are checked: "step by step" and any "critical issues" on which to intervene are highlighted. The analysis allows us to UNDERSTAND HOW THE COMPANY IS ORGANIZED AND TO FORMALIZE A PROPOSAL SUITABLE FOR YOUR REAL NEEDS (TIMES, COSTS, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES).
Analysis is a necessary step BECAUSE:
